Date
Specify which day of the week to use for automatic dates with the Date type item. For church bulletins this would normally be Sunday. Select Off
to disable this feature.
The default print mode is to print the bulletin with 2 columns in landscape mode, which is then folded in half to have the cover on the first page, with the program and announcements on the inside pages and any other information on the back. The various sections are repositioned to print in 2-column format.
Select 1 column (portrait)
to print exactly how it is displayed on the screen.
You can adjust the center margin between the pages and the edge margin.
Print Layout
When printing in landscape 2-column format, this allows you to select which section are printed on each page. Click Update
to save your changes. Click Reset
to revert to the default settings.
Print Overflow
Select Print Overflow to have content from the left side overflow from the first page to the second page.
Style
This settings allows you to change the style of elements in the bulletin. You can make changes to fonts, font sizes, colors, etc. This requires a good understanding of how CSS styles work. Here is a good CSS tutorial (opens in a new tab).
