Publishing
When you are finished editing the bulletin, click the Publish button to upload the bulletin where it will be available for anyone to view it.

If you edit the bulletin on multiple devices or multiple people edit the bulletin, you will need to use Reload from the Editor Menu to load the latest published version of the bulletin.
